Stuffed Fish Turbans

Ingredients
  Long fish fillets 8
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Top milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim fillets, sprinkle with lemon juice, and coil inside muffin tins, which have been buttered.
Melt butter, add flour and blend.
Add top milk gradually.
Cook until thick and add crumbs and seasoning.
Add parsley and pimento.
Fill coiled fillets, cover with buttered paper and bake 20 minutes in 375" F. oven.
Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and then brown.
