This Microwave Turbot tastes awesome ! This irresistibly seasoned egg mixture coated fish does not require any oil as for frying . Try this Microwave Turbot and let me know if you like it!
Ingredients
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Corn flake crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Turbot fillets 1 Pound, cut in serving pieces
Directions

1. In a small glass bowl, combine egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Dip fish into mixture and coat with crumbs.
2. Arrange fish around edge of a 10-inch baking dish.
3. Cook, covered, 4 to 5 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
