|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Corn flake crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Turbot fillets||1 Pound, cut in serving pieces|
1. In a small glass bowl, combine egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Dip fish into mixture and coat with crumbs.
2. Arrange fish around edge of a 10-inch baking dish.
3. Cook, covered, 4 to 5 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
