Welsh Rabbit Anchovy

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Pound, grated or sliced thin
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 6 Drop
  Hot toast 1 , spread with butter and anchovy paste
Directions

Melt butter over hot water.
Blend in cornstarch, add milk slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Add cheese and seasonings.
Cook, stirring slowly, until smooth and creamy.
