Welsh Rabbit Anchovy
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Pound, grated or sliced thin|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot toast||1 , spread with butter and anchovy paste|
Melt butter over hot water.
Blend in cornstarch, add milk slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Add cheese and seasonings.
Cook, stirring slowly, until smooth and creamy.
