Fried Fish Nuggets

Fried Fish Nuggets
  Catfish nuggets 10
  Limes 8
  Tandoori masala 2 Tablespoon
  Chick pea flour 4 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)

Squeeze lime juice from all 8 limes and add Tandoori Masala to the juice - mix
Spread the mix on to catfish nuggets make sure each piece is covered
Marinate for 30 to 45 minutes
Drain the marinate liquid in a bowl and add chick pea flour to the marinate
Wisk with a fork or spoon till it forms a consistent paste
Heat the oil
Take one piece of fish nugget dip it into the chick pea flour paste and fry till golden brown
Repeat till all nuggets are fried - serve with lettuce, tomatoes and tartar sauce
