Fish Caldine

Fish caldine is a snapper fish recipe. Prepared with spices and cicinut cream, the fish caldine is flavored with tamarind conentrate. Cooked and garnished with coriander leaves for garnish, the fish caldine is great with rice.
Ingredients
  Fish fillet 500 Gram
  Cumin seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Chopped ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Coconut cream 400 Milliliter
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1
  Whole green chilies 3
  Tamarind concentrate 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Make a smooth paste of ground cumin, turmeric, garlic and ginger with coconut cream and keep aside.
Fry the sliced onions in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
Now add the green chillies, the coconut cream paste, tamarind and salt as per taste and simmer for few minutes.
Add the fish and cook until they are done.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
