|Fish fillet||500 Gram|
|Cumin seeds||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
|Chopped ginger||1⁄2 Inch|
|Coconut cream||400 Milliliter|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole green chilies||3|
|Tamarind concentrate||1 Tablespoon|
|Coriander leaves||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Make a smooth paste of ground cumin, turmeric, garlic and ginger with coconut cream and keep aside.
Fry the sliced onions in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
Now add the green chillies, the coconut cream paste, tamarind and salt as per taste and simmer for few minutes.
Add the fish and cook until they are done.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
