Fish Rarebit

Fish Rarebit has a unique taste. The Fish with vegetable gives the Fish Rarebit a grand taste.
  Margarine/Butter 1 Ounce
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
  Flour 1⁄2 Ounce
  Smoked haddock/Canned crab meat / left over white fish / shelled prawns 4 Ounce, flaked
  Toast slices 4
  Tomatoes 4
  Grated cheese 6 Ounce
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Lemon 1
  Seasoning To Taste
  Watercress 1 Tablespoon

Make the sauce which will be very thick and will, therefore, need stirring a lot.
Add Worcester sauce and cheese, heat for 1 minute, add fish.
Meanwhile cook whole tomatoes in grill pan.
Toast bread under the grill, butter if wished, cover with fish mixture and return to the grill, browning this on the grid while tomatoes complete cooking.
