Baked Leftover Fish
|Diced cooked fish||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Boiled potatoes||3 , sliced|
|Bread crumbs||3 Tablespoon|
|Sliced cooked cauliflower/Mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Arrange layers of half the potatoes, fish, cauliflower, eggs, and remaining potatoes in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over each layer.
2. Blend flour into sour cream; stir in water. Spoon over casserole mixture.
3. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and butter together. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
4. Bake at 350°F 30 minutes.
