Ingredients
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Salmon/Trout 1⁄2 Pound
  Cream cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 4 Tablespoon, diced
  Scallions 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Bake the fish, then flake.
Mix with other ingredients and serve on sourdough toast.
