|Regular all purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Small Package)|
|Anchovy paste||2 Ounce (1 Tube)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Cup)|
Sift flour, measure, and sift again into a mixing bowl.
Cut in cream cheese and butter.
Roll into a ball, and chill for about 2 hours.
Roll out dough 1/8 inch thick and cut into 2-inch rounds.
Put about 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste in the center of each round.
Moisten edges and press together, turnover fashion.
Place on a baking sheet and chill until serving time.
Then bake in a 375° oven for 10 minutes.
