Tadav S Slim Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes
|Water packed tuna||1 Can (10 oz), drained, flaked|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dry Curd)|
|Low fat plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped seeded cucumber||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced radishes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Cut each tomato down to stem end into 6 wedges.
Cover and chill.
Combine Cottage cheese and yogurt in medium bowl; mix well.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; blend well.
Place tomatoes on individual lettuce-lined plates; spread wedges apart.
Spoon Cottage cheese mixture into center of each tomato.
