|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Boiled egg||1 , sliced|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato||1 , sliced|
Clean the fish and season it with salt.
Boil it in a small quantity of water.
Remove the bones and mash the fish.
Mix the fish, potatoes, salt, milk, butter, green chilli cut into three pieces, coriander leaves and cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased dish.
Put into an oven to bake for about twenty minutes.
When it begins to brown on top, take it out from the oven.
Arrange slices of boiled eggs and tomato round the fish and serve.
This dish is easily digestible and is suitable for invalids.
