|Hard boiled eggs||4|
|Sardines||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or As Desired)|
|Buttered bread rounds||4|
Cut a fairly thick slice from each egg.
It must be deep enough to enable you to remove the yolk without breaking the case.
Mash yolk with sardines.
Season well and push back into white case.
Stand eggs on rounds of bread and butter.
Cut a slice off each end of the tomatoes.
Balance this on the egg to make each look like a toadstool, put tiny dots of mayonnaise on top.
Arrange borders of lettuce round these, also using the 4 remaining slices of egg and the rest of the tomatoes.
