Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 1⁄4 Pound (Such As Cod, Bluefish, Haddock, Sole)
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, cored and chopped
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped dill 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded jarlsberg cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

lightly coat 8-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook egg product, covered, over very low heat 5 minutes or until just set.
