Ginger Citrus Salmon Steaks
|Olive oil||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Orange juice||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||25 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)|
|Ground ginger||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Honey||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliters)|
|Green onion curls||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In shallow nonmetallic dish large enough to hold salmon steaks in single layer, combine olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger and honey.
Add salmon steaks to marinade, turning to coat both sides.
Refrigerate, covered, up to 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove salmon steaks from marinade; place on oiled barbecue grill.
Grill over medium high heat 10 minutes per inch (2.5 cm) of thickness, turning once, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with green onion curls.
