Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Fish 500 Gram (boneless)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Turmeric powder 4 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 100 Gram
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Clean and cut the fish into six or seven pieces.
Apply salt and a little turmeric and sprinkle lemon juice.
Leave it to marinate for about an hour.
Place the pieces of fish on a clean cloth and press them with the palm so that the moisture is squeezed out.
Then dip each piece of fish in egg, roll it in crumbs and set aside to dry for half an hour.
Fry the fish and sprinkle lemon juice while it is still hot.
