|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White fish fillets/Fresh or defrosted||1 Pound|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Place butter and almonds in (8 x 8 inch) baking dish.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH, until almonds are golden, stirring once.
Remove almonds and set aside.
Arrange fillets in baking dish with thickest portions to outside of dish, turning to coat with butter.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
MICROWAVE 5 to 6 MINUTES on HIGH, or until fish flakes easily and appears opaque.
Garnish with toasted almonds.
