Fish Steaks With Pear Jardiniere

  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Onion slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Julienned carrot strips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  California bartlett pears 2 , cored and quartered
  Firm fish fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound (Such As Sea Bass Haddock /Salmon)
  Tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add onion and carrots; stir to mix well.
Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
Mix mustard, basil and dill weed in small bowl; add pears.
Toss to coat.
Add fish, pear mixture, tomatoes and lemon to skillet.
Cover; cook 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
