Paprika Buttered Fish Fillets ! Ooh ! I simply love these buttered and peppered fish dishes as it is or as an accompaniment to rice or pasta. Try these Paprika Buttered Fish Fillets and let me know if you like them.
Ingredients
  Frozen fish fillet/Perch, haddock, cod, or halibut 1 Pound, thawed
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Dip fillets in flour seasoned with salt and pepper, coating well. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Dip fillets in butter and arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 4 minutes. Do not turn fish over, but do rotate dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
