Paprika Buttered Fish Fillets
|Frozen fish fillet/Perch, haddock, cod, or halibut||1 Pound, thawed|
|Flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
1. Dip fillets in flour seasoned with salt and pepper, coating well. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Dip fillets in butter and arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 4 minutes. Do not turn fish over, but do rotate dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
