Fish curry is another favorite of mine. Love to eat it with some nice steamed plain rice. How do you like it?
Red chili powder
1 , chopped
9 Clove (45 gm)
Curry leaves stem
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Marinate fish in lemon juice and spices.
Heat oil, add methi seeds, curry leaves, onions to it.
Also add a pinch of zeera to it. Saute it.
Meanwhile, crush the garlic cloves.
Add garlic when onion starts becoming slightly brown.
When garlic is brown remove mixture from pan.
In a same pan fry fish.
While, fish is frying make curry with yogurt, tomato puree, onion and garlic mixture. Blend it.
Once fish is fried add masala and curry paste.
Stir it delicately.
when curry dries up a bit add coconut milk.
Cook until oil appears on top.
Garnish it with coriander and serve.
