Fish Roe Patties

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Pound
  Tarama 1⁄2 Pound
  Scallions/Leeks 2 , chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon (For Frying)
Directions

Boil potatoes in jackets until tender.
Peel and mash.
Add tarama to hot potatoes.
Add scallions or leeks and parsley.
Shape into small patties, roll in flour and fry in hot deep fat or broil on oiled shallow pan.

I baked the potatoes whole instead of boiling them. My husband was gobsmacked by how delicious these patties were, served with a garden salad and a minty yoghurt sauce.
