|Cooked sea trout/Bass/bluefish||1⁄2 Pound|
|Whole grain||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Barley flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Thyme||1 Teaspoon, ground|
|Whole grain bread crumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Boil potatoes, peel and mash.
Combine mashed potatoes, cooked, flaked fish, egg, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, barley flour, wheat germ, grated onion, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Form into patties of desired size.
Dip patties in 2/3 cup bread crumbs.
Saute in oil until golden brown (about 5 minutes for each side).
Place in paper towel lined baking pan in low oven to keep warm until ready to serve.
