Fish Patties

These fish patties make incredible appetizers ! An amazing fry of trout, seabass and bluefish blend, it tastes the best with some savory sauces poured over ! Try these fish patties and let me know if you like them !
Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Cooked haddock/Cod/flounder 1⁄2 Pound, flaked
  Cooked sea trout/Bass/bluefish 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg 1
  Whole grain 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Barley flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wheat germ 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , grated
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Whole grain bread crumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Boil potatoes, peel and mash.
Combine mashed potatoes, cooked, flaked fish, egg, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, barley flour, wheat germ, grated onion, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Form into patties of desired size.
Dip patties in 2/3 cup bread crumbs.
Saute in oil until golden brown (about 5 minutes for each side).
Place in paper towel lined baking pan in low oven to keep warm until ready to serve.
