Lemon Marinated Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Frozen salmon steaks 6 (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon wedges 2
Directions

Thaw salmon steaks, if frozen.
Bring 1 cup water to boiling in 10 inch skillet or fish poacher with tight fitting cover.
Sprinkle salmon with a little salt.
Place half of the fish on greased rack in pan so fish does not touch water.
Cover pan tightly and steam till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 5 to 7 minutes.
Carefully remove fish to shallow dish.
Repeat with remaining fish.
In screw top jar combine remaining ingredients except lemon wedges; shake vigorously to blend.
Pour over salmon steaks.
Cover and chill 2 hours, spooning marinade over steaks several times.
Drain before serving and spoon vegetables over top.
