Spicy Fish With Vegetables
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Cod fillets||450 Gram, cubed|
|Shellfish||20 (Cooked Mussels, Prawns And Scallops, For Example)|
|Onion||1 , cut into 8 pieces|
|Red pepper||1 , cut into 8 pieces|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Spring onions||4 , chopped|
|Courgette||1 , cut into 8 pieces|
Place the water, chilli sauce and salt in a pan and bring to the boil.
Add the fish, shelled shellfish, onion, mushrooms, red pepper and garlic.
Bring back to the boil.
Add the spring onions and courgette and simmer for 10 minutes or until just cooked.
