Pan Fried Fish Amandine

Ingredients
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Bass fillets/Trout fillets 6 Large
  Dried whole thyme To Taste
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute almonds in butter until golden brown; set aside.
Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper, and thyme; dip in milk, and dredge in flour.
Fry fillets in hot oil (360°) over medium heat until golden brown, turning to brown both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
Remove to serving dish; sprinkle fish with almonds and parsley.
