Crumble Salmon Steaks
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Corn flakes crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Melt butter in 2 quart oblong dish in Radarange oven 45 seconds.
Stir in paprika and lemon juice.
Dip the salmon steaks in the hot butter, roll in cereal crumbs mixed with seasoning.
Cook 3 salmon steaks in the 2 quart oblong dish or on a large platter in the oven 4 minutes.
Turn the dish around after 2 minutes of cooking time.
Fish should flake easily with a fork when done.
Cook 1 more minute if not done.
Repeat same cooking time with 3 remaining salmon steaks.
Sprinkle with parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
