Monkfish And Spinach
|Crushed black peppercorns||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper||1 , seeded and cut into strips|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Spinach leaves||8 , torn into bite size pieces|
|Mango||1 , stoned and peeled, cut into cubes|
|Red wine vinegar||60 Milliliter|
|Monk fish fillets||500 Gram, cut into 2 centimeter cubes|
Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
Add soy sauce, honey, black pepper and red wine vinegar, cook for 1 minute.
Add fish pieces and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked.
Remove fish and set aside.
Add red pepper to frying pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Arrange spinach leaves, mango, red pepper and fish pieces in a serving bowl.
