Monkfish And Spinach

Ingredients
  Crushed black peppercorns 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1 , seeded and cut into strips
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Spinach leaves 8 , torn into bite size pieces
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Mango 1 , stoned and peeled, cut into cubes
  Red wine vinegar 60 Milliliter
  Monk fish fillets 500 Gram, cut into 2 centimeter cubes
Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
Add soy sauce, honey, black pepper and red wine vinegar, cook for 1 minute.
Add fish pieces and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked.
Remove fish and set aside.
Add red pepper to frying pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Arrange spinach leaves, mango, red pepper and fish pieces in a serving bowl.
