Sesame Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Boneless fish 500 Gram
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 2 Teaspoon
  Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
  Red chili paste 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sauce 2 Tablespoon (Hp)
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the fish fillet lengthwise to get their slices.
Cut into 2" pieces.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and juice of 1/2 lemon over the prawns.
Mix and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Wash well and pat dry.
Mix all ingredients of the marinade in a bowl.
Add fish and marinate, covered, in the fridge for 1 hour.
Tear bread into pieces and grind in a mixer to get fresh crumbs.
Keep aside.
In another bowl mix cornflour, flour, eggs, salt and pepper to a moderately thick batter.
Combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds in a plate.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Dip marinated fish in the batter and press over bread crumbs and sesame seed mixture.
Deep fry on moderate heat till crisp and golden brown.
