Lightly grease a shallow, 10-inch, heat-resistant, non metallic baking dish.
Empty seasoned coating mix into the plastic shaker bag.
Moisten fillets with water.
Shake off excess water.
Shake 1 or 2 fillets at a time in the bag until evenly coated.
Arrange in greased baking dish.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 7 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
