Baked Fish A I'Orange

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 2 Pound (Preferably White Fleshed)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , rind grated
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Fresh basil 2 Tablespoon, ground
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wipe fish with damp cloth.
Put butter on bottom of clay baker.
Add fish.
Sprinkle with orange juice.
Season.
Sprinkle orange rind.
Close and bake.
