Salmon Steaks With Apple Sauce

Ingredients
  Salmon steak 2 1⁄2 Pound (1 1/2 Inches Thick)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Shallots 2 , minced
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced
  Vermouth 2 Tablespoon (White One)
  Cider/Apple juice 2 Tablespoon (With 1/2 Lemon Juiced)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wipe fish clean with damp cloth.
Rub it with lemon, salt and pepper on both sides.
Oil bottom of clay baker.
Add: carrot, shallots, lemon.
Arrange steaks.
Moisten.
Close and bake.
