Blue Cheese And Anchovy Dressing

Ingredients
  Basic fennel dressing 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned anchovy fillets 4 Small (Spanish Or Portuguese)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , coddled
  Bleu cheese 1⁄8 Pound
  Croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place the fennel dressing in a food blender.
Add the anchovies, lemon juice, eggs, and blue cheese.
Blend for just a moment, and pour over your salad.
Add salt and pepper.
