Broiled Shad Roe

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted (Imitation Or Diet)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned shad roe 6 Ounce
Directions

Combine margarine, lemon juice and parsley; set aside.
Broil shad roe on both sides till brown, and top-dress it at the table with margarine-lemon sauce.
