Baked Fish Parmigiana

Ingredients
  Fish fillets/Steaks 4
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Canned tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Preheat oven to hot (425° F.).
2. Place the fish in a shallow buttered baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread the tomato sauce over each fillet and sprinkle with the cheese. Drizzle with melted butter.
4. Bake, uncovered, until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, fifteen to twenty minutes.
