Salmon Steaks Limone

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salmon steaks 4 , cut 1 inch thick (fresh or frozen and defrosted)
Directions

Combine butter and lemon juice in custard cup.
MICRO WAVE on HIGH until butter melts.
Arrange salmon steaks in (12 x 8-inch) baking dish with meatiest portions to outside of dish.
Brush with lemon butter.
Cover with plastic wrap.
MICROWAVE 14tol6 MINUTES on '8', or until fish flakes easily.
Let stand 5 minutes, covered.
Garnish with lemon twists and parsley sprigs, if desired.
