Baked Mackerel

Baked Mackerel has a fantastic taste. The mackerel and tomatoes give the Baked Mackerel a rousing taste. Baked Mackerel is inspired by restaurants across the world. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Mackerel 1 (per person)
  Lemons 2
  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut off heads and clean the mackerel.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Butter some foil, a good sized piece for each fish, and place each of the mackerel upon its piece.
Slice the lemons and tomatoes and arrange alternately along the length of the fish.
Dot with butter, fold and seal the foil, and place the parcels in a fireproof dish to bake.
They will need 30-40 minutes in a slow to moderate oven.
Remove foil, and serve, very hot, with their cooking juices about them.
