Ingredients
  Whole fish 1 Large
  Batter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut a horizontal portion of the fish, it contains flesh and skin with scales.
Then, cut between the flesh and the skin and discard skin.
From the flesh, cut out the rib. Follow the same procedure and prepare some more fish for cooking.
Rinse the fish under running water.
Dip it in a batter and then smudge bread crumbs over it.
Deep fry the fish in oil. Take them out when they are nice and brown.
