Fried Fish

Fried Fish has an Exclusive taste. The fish and egg gives the Fried Fish Revitalizing taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Fish fillets/Steaks 4
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In shallow bowl, combine flour and salt.
In another bowl, combine egg and water.
Dip fish in flour mixture, then in egg mixture, and finally in crumbs.
In skillet, fry fish in hot vegetable shortening on both sides until tender and golden, 20 minutes.
