Fish Fillets Mornay

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 2 Pound, thawed (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Yellow cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted blanched almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Mornay sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust to taste)
Directions

Cut the fillets into serving-sized pieces.
Coat with a mixture of cornmeal, salt, and pepper.
Fry in hot butter in a skillet until crisp and browned on both sides.
Serve fish, topped with almonds, on heated platter; surround with the sauce.
