Fish Fillets Mornay

|Fish fillets||2 Pound, thawed (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Yellow cornmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Toasted blanched almonds||1 Tablespoon|
|Mornay sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust to taste)|
Cut the fillets into serving-sized pieces.
Coat with a mixture of cornmeal, salt, and pepper.
Fry in hot butter in a skillet until crisp and browned on both sides.
Serve fish, topped with almonds, on heated platter; surround with the sauce.
