Codfish Brandade Style

Ingredients
  Salt codfish 1 Pound
  Potato 1 , diced
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, soak the codfish over night, then put it in a saucepan of cold water, add the potato and cook on a quick fire.
2.When it is on the point of boiling, reduce the heat and cook slowly, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
3.Add the oil, drop by drop, and the milk.
4.When it thickens it has been cooked long enough.
5.Add the salt, pepper and lemon juice
SERVING
6.Serve with chips, salads, or garlic bread
