Fish And Rice
|Precooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1 1/2 Package)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Whitefish fillets||1 Pound, cut into pieces|
In a 2-quart glass casserole, blend rice, onion, salt, parsley flakes, poultry seasoning, lemon juice, and water.
Spread mixture evenly in casserole.
Arrange fillets over rice mixture, dot with butter, and sprinkle evenly with paprika.
Cook, covered, 10 to 12 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
Rest, covered, 5 minutes and serve hot.
