Grilled Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salmon steaks 4 (1 Inch Thick)
  Chopped dill weed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well.
Set butter mixture aside.
Rinse fish thoroughly in cold water; pat dry, and place in a lightly greased wire grilling basket.
Grill over medium coals 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Baste frequently with half of butter mixture.
Add dillweed to remaining butter mixture, stirring well
