90 Second Herb Encrusted Fish

Cooking fish at home shouldn't be intimidating! Especially since we have a recipe that is crunchy, full of flavor, and will even convince the pickiest of taste buds that fish is absolutely delicious. This is a complete meal in no time at all.

Ingredients

Frozen flounder fillets/Tilapia fish fillets 8 , thawed ((2 (10 oz.) packages))
Melted butter/Olive oil 4 Tablespoon ((as needed to coat fillets))
Panko bread crumbs 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) ((Japanese
Lemon pepper 1 Tablespoon
Minced fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon ((optional))
Paprika 1/4 Teaspoon
Melted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((plus extra for brushing fish fillets))

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 375F.

MAKING:

Drain the fish fillets and pat dry using paper towels.

Arrange on greased baking pan and coat with butter or olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, lemon pepper, minced parsley, butter and stir well until blended.

Spoon the mixture over fish fillets and coat well.

Pop into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
