4 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons)
Red wine vinegar
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
2 Pound (1 Piece)
Combine first 9 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process 30 seconds.
Add vinegar and lemon juice; process an additional 30 seconds.
Set olive oil mixture aside.
Rinse fillet thoroughly in cold water; pat dry.
Place in a lightly greased wire grilling basket.
Grill over hot coals 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Baste frequently with olive oil mixture.
