Rosemary And Prosciutto Filling

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prosciutto 1⁄4 Pound, finely chopped
  Grated imported parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crumbled dried rosemary 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Beat egg yolks into ricotta.
Stir in prosciutto, Parmesan and rosemary.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Use as a filling for phyllo triangles.
