Nouvelle Salmon Sandwich Filling
|Cooked salmon/1 can drained and flaked 250 g||1⁄2 Pound|
|Smoked salmon||1⁄4 Pound, diced|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , diced|
|Chopped dill/Parsley||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sour cream||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Honey mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Remove skin and bones from cooked salmon and place in bowl; break into small pieces.
Stir in smoked salmon, cucumber, egg and dill.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and pepper.
Blend gently into salmon mixture.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding salt only if necessary.
