|Rhubarb juice/Pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Start by washing the prunes, soak overnight in water to cover
2.Remove pits and rub pulp through a coarse sieve.
3.In a pot, cook the prunes slowly
4.Soak the gelatin in cold water.
5.When soft, add it to the hot prune pulp and stir until the gelatin dissolves.
6.Add sugar and fruit juice.
7.When the filling has cooled, fold in the whipped cream.
8.Use filling in cakes
