Fruit And Nut Filling

This fruit and nut filling is made with raisins and nuts along with shredded coconut. Mixed together with egg whites and used with currant jelly this fruit and nut filling is sweet and sticky with the little crunch of nuts to it!
Ingredients
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Egg white 1
  Currant jelly 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, mix the raisins, nuts and coconut and add them to the stiffly beaten egg-white
2.Spread the layers of cake with a thin layer of currant jelly, then with a thick layer of the filling, and put together
SERVING
3.Use as a filling in cakes, pastries, chocolates and ice creams
