Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Large, sliced lengthwise
  Salt To Taste
For fillings
  Bacon 100 Gram
  Cooked mince 500 Gram
  Curry leaves 4 , chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Ginger and garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread slice 2 , soaked in water and water squeezed out
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon (For Topping)
Directions

Skin and remove the centre pulp from the cucumber.
Apply salt, turn it upside down and keep aside for 30 minutes.
This softens the cucumber.
Place bacon on a rack and microwave for 5 minutes until the bacon has become crisp and separated from the fat.
Chop the bacon very finely and mix all the filling ingredients together except bread, eggs, tomato and coriander leaves.
Place in a shallow dish, cover and microwave for 6 minutes, stirring once in between.
If you prefer the meat to be more tender add 1/2 cup of more water and microwave for another 5 minutes.
Cool.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Stuff cucumber with filling and top it with grated cheese.
