Vanilla Chocolate Filling

Ingredients
  Chocolate 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 1/2 squares)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  Butter 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a double boiler, melt the chocolate over hot water
2.Now add the milk, and cook together, stirring until the mixture is thick and creamy
3.Add sugar and beaten egg-yolk, stir until smooth and cook 5 minutes
4.Add the butter
5.Beat well
6.Remove from heat and add flavoring
7.Cool before spreading on cake
SERVING
8.Use filling in cakes or pastries
