Simple Coconut Filling

This coconut filling is a sweet and creamy filling made with eggs and sugar along with coconut. Combined together and beaten well, this coconut filling can be used for any dessert of choice.
Ingredients
  Moist coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Confectioners sugar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, beat the egg-whites stiff and add the sugar and coconut gradually
2.Spread the mixture thickly over the cake
3.If you like, sprinkle the surface with dry shredded coconut
SERVING
4.Use as a filling in chocolates or cakes
